The cereal classification process, the manufacture of the product, the storage of the final flours and semolinas and the packing of these final products are completely activated and controlled by computers.
This automation is accompanied by a rigorous control of all inputs to the process so that we can offer our clients and consumers a total
SANITARY GUARANTEE and total
FOOD SAFETY.
Moreover, the
Integral Management System, implemented and certified in accordance with the standard
BRC (The British Retail Consortium), the application of
HACCP methods, or the techniques developed in our Experimental Baking and Research Centre and in our analysis and control laboratories are tools that enable us to guarantee the
QUALITY of our final manufactured products and the quality of the grain that we trade directly after it has been selected and classified.
The fact that the same
Integral Management System is also certified by Standards
ISO 45001:2018 and
ISO 14001:2004, is clear proof of our commitment to health and safety at work and the Environment. All of this, combined with our equality policy for all workers, enables us to raise our targets for improvements to our TOTAL QUALITY objectives.
